05 / YOUR NEXT TEAMMATE

Hi, I’m Nik.
Let’s make
good work happen.

I’m Nikhil Lalwani, an Enrolled Agent with 10+ years in U.S. taxation and accounting. I partner with CPA firms, EAs, and tax professionals who need experienced support they can work with directly.

My work spans individual, partnership, S corporation, and C corporation returns, with experience in real estate, multi-state filings, partner capital, shareholder basis, and the workpapers behind a well-supported return.

Beyond preparation, I support technical review, bookkeeping and reconciliations, IRS correspondence and representation, and the day-to-day coordination that keeps an engagement moving. I also bring experience mentoring junior staff and working within a firm’s existing processes.

Based in Ahmedabad, India, I work remotely with U.S. firms. My focus is simple: bring technical depth, clear communication, and personal accountability to your team—so you have more room for clients and the future of your practice.
